Impact Design utilizes the latest technology to provide efficient and cost effective land development and environmental mapping solutions for our clients. Our technicians are UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) certified drone operators. We have found that aerial photogrammetry drone technology can provide an excellent base map for project feasibility and even certain designs. Impact Design has access to LiDAR drone technology which can provide elevation data for in difficult terrain such as stream corridors or steep slopes at a fraction of the cost and the time of traditional methods.
